As of March 3, 2014 ,I am pleased to announce that I will join the University of Washington(UW) Department of Urology and the UW Physicians practice plan. My Practice will be relocating to the new UW Eastside Specialty Center located at 3100 Northup Way, Bellevue, WA 98004.
The new scheduling number is 425-646-7777.This change will require you to register with UW and sign a release of records to the UW Physicians so that we can provide you with continuity of care. Please do this as soon as possible as to not delay care, call 425-646-7777. I will continue to be your Urologist.
The Move to the new UW Specialty Clinic is one that I am looking forward to.
